1. What do I need for the Session?

Comfortable shoes, and good mood! That is the only thing you will need, for the rest of the stuff I will take care of.

2. How long Session will take?

Exercise will take 30 min, that is set up, main workout and relax. But the whole session will be 1h.

3. Is this safe for me?

For most of the people, yes it is. If you are not sure if you are eligible for it check the section “Can I Train?” or simply text me and ask.

4. How old do I need to be to exercise?

You need to be at least 16 years old (parental consent required).

5. Are you going to guide me on exercises?

Yes, all exercises you will do are well known to me, I test every single exercise so I will know what you might feel.
